Q: Why do I have two tracking numbers?
A: Bimmer Addiction uses two manufacturers. One, for apparel. The second, for accessories. If you've purchased apparel and accessories in the same order you'll receive them in two separate packages.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately all products at made to order. So, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there are extenuating circumstances. Such as:
You've been shipped entirely the wrong product from what you've ordered.
You've been shipped the wrong size or color from what you've ordered.
You've been shipped a package that arrives as a misprint.
The package has arrived damaged - in this case, ideally you should refuse the delivery before opening the package and it will be sent back for reproduction.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy for mistakes made in your order by you - such as but not limited to selecting the wrong color, size or item.
If you are buying a product as a gift and aren't sure if you are buying the correct design please contact us prior to ordering.
Q: If your products are made to order how long do they take to produce? *Holidays Excluded*
A: All products should be produced within 2-3 business days, per an agreement with our manufacturers. However, supply chain constraints can happen from time-to-time causing a delay in production. Typically, you'll receive your tracking number within the same week as your purchase.
Q: Its been more than a week and I still don't have a tracking number. *Holidays Excluded*
A: Something is wrong. Please use the contact form below to get in touch with our support team. Our automated email may have failed to send or there may be a delay in producing your order. Either, way we can get to the bottom of it for you.
